Mummy not Mommy
June 9, 2008
I am a mother of two… a mummy, a mum. Not a ‘Mommy‘, because, you see, I’m not an American so when I say ‘mommy’ it sounds really stupid in my English accent. In fact if I do say ‘Mommy’, I automatically put on an American accent, and that sounds even more ludicrous.
Anyway, I have decided to blog because.. well… because everyone is doing it, and I don’t want to be left out!
I’m planning to pass on some of my thoughts and children’s decor ideas to moms, mommys, mummys and mums who might be listening. You see, my passion is my children’s mural websites. I love children’s wall decor, and my sites offer DIY options for murals and wall art.
I have 3 websites, one of which is still under construction.
http://www.magic-mural-factory.com
http://www.murals-for-kids-rooms.com and now my new one aimed at the UK market http://www.wallstory-murals.co.uk
I live in France with my husband Stewart and our two kids Callan 11 years old and Briony 8 years old. I also want to talk about other things like living in France, being a mother in France, things that I find amusing, annoying and anything else that takes my fancy or needs a rant.
So there it is, my fist blog entry!
Not very exciting, but I’m just limbering up, trying to figure how it all works.
I’ll get there.

Hi tartetartan,
thanks for commenting. Where are you in France, and where is your blog?
